Resort Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations
By making a reservation at our resort, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether a cancellation occurs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon check-in. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or services.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. Please respect other guests and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
6. Health, Safety, and Conduct
Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions upon check-in. The resort follows strict hygiene and safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating resort policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
7. Liability
The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables. Guests use resort facilities at their own risk.
8. Modifications
The resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
